What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase - as long as the item has not been used, and has all original hang tags and packaging.

Some items we are not able return such as damaged, or used items, blow up neck pillows, socks, underwear, and eyeshades. 

Give us a call at 604-739-2182 if you have questions regarding a return.

Do you price match?

Yes, we are often able to price match, give us a call at 604-739-2182 or email us at wanderlust.vancouver@gmail.com to see if an item qualifies for price match!

Where can I park when visiting Wanderlust Travel Store?

West 4th Ave is often tricky to find parking on, there is (pay) parking located under the store, accessed by the back alley using the ramp up or ramp down. We share this parking with the building so at various times of the day it can be quite busy.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do sell gift cards! They are available for purchase and use in store. We do not offer online gift cards at this time.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we are only set up to ship within Canada - we offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $49.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to process and ship orders on the same day we receive them, however, sometimes it will ship next day, depending on what time the order is placed.You'll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

We ship via Canada Expedited Post. Shipments generally take 3-5 business days to arrive. Depending on where you live, it may take a few days longer.

If you need an item sooner than the time frame mentioned above, please contact us and we can look into faster shipping options for you.

Where can I get luggage repaired?

Check out Weston Luggage located at 316 East 1st Avenue, in Vancouver, BC. Weston Luggage handles warranty repairs on all major luggage brands (Briggs & Riley, Eagle Creek, Samsonite, Travel Pro, Delsey...)

Is my luggage covered under warranty?

Some warranties can be pretty deceiving! There are only a small handful of brands that cover 100% of damage that can happen to a suitcase. Most warranties only cover manufacturers defects. Please read your brands warranty information fully (including the small print) for a better understanding of how your warranty works.

What luggage has the best warranty?

Briggs & Riley has a Lifetime Guarantee, and Eagle Creek has a Lifetime, and No Matter What Warranty!

How do I know is my luggage is carry-on?

We list the dimensions for all of our bags on their product page. Please check with your airline for their specific carry-on dimensions to ensure the bag that you're looking at is the right size. Our most popular selling size is 21 x 15 x 9" these dimensions are suitable for Air Canada & Westjet.
